Bidding Farewell to Robin!
After many years, our lovely team member, Robin Gairns, has moved on from Dream Weavers. Robin started with us as an OT student volunteer back in 2017 and was then brought on as an occupational therapist and team member at Dream Weavers upon graduation. Robin worked with us for many years, leading groups and providing 1:1 sessions for clients. She was appreciated by everyone who had the privilege of working with her! Robin has moved to a new country and so was sadly unable to continue her work with Dream Weavers. Robin, we are so grateful to have worked with you and wish you the best on all future endeavours!

Welcoming Naomi!
Naomi Hazlett is the newest member of the Dream Weavers family. Naomi is currently accepting 1:1 clients virtually. Email DreamWeaversCollective@gmail.com if you'd like to work 1:1 with Naomi!

Dream Weavers Research Study!

In spring 2014, we had the privilege of attending the annual University of Toronto Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy Research Conference! Two OT Master's students presented their research findings describing and comparing Dream Weavers' programs with existing academic literature on employment & life skills programs for youth on the spectrum. Wow! This research is a good start to developing better programming and creating awareness of the needs in the autism community.

Check out this picture of the students at the U of T conference, presenting their research findings!
