Naomi is an occupational therapist in good standing with l'Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec. In addition to her work with Dream Weavers, she currently works at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute in Montréal, Québec, in pediatric psychiatry.

Naomi's services at Dream Weavers include consultation, assessment, and therapy for adolescents and adults who identify as neurodivergent or disabled and experience barriers to participation in meaningful activity. She can provide services in English and French.

Naomi received her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2017 and her Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and Psychology from the University of Toronto in 2013. Naomi completed additional studies in psychology with a focus on research in autism and gender and is published in autism studies.

Prior to living in Montréal, Naomi has worked in several settings in the community in Toronto and the GTA, including in vision loss, brain injury, mental health and with neurodivergent people. Naomi's ongoing professional education includes coursework in anxiety, cognitive-behavioral therapy, brief coaching, and brain injury. Recent speaking engagements have included the Holland Bloorview Autism Summit and a parent webinar on special interests hosted by Autism Ontario.

Naomi enjoys writing, exploring the outdoors, knitting, and reading. She also enjoys playing and running tabletop role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons!

Naomi has been working at Dream Weavers since 2021. She enjoys getting to know each client and supporting their unique hopes and dreams with practical strategies. Naomi uses a strengths-based and reflective approach and incorporates a lens of critical disability studies as well as justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Naomi is currently taking on new clients virtually.
